  First off: Was trying to get an emergency appointment for my husband and they understand what "emergency" means and managed to get us in the next morning.
  
  Next: The office staff is professional, knowledgeable and everyone works well together quickly.
  
  Finally: Dr. Alexander Gaukhman was decisive with a good explanation as to why the procedure had to happen. He is not going to hold your or sugar coat it and frankly, it was REFRESHING! Thank you. He extracted my husband's tooth quickly and had him home recuperating before noon.
  
  The next day, he is doing much better. We may have a new dentist! Thanks again.
